“Nice people to deal with, placed an order, all very easy and efficient and at a good price. Sadly the delivery side has let them down, it appears the product is coming straight from the manufacture, I paid for delivery within two days which hasn’t happened, I have had to call multiple times for shipping updates, I’ve now been told that the courier doesn’t provide tracking and it should be out for delivery today, so any savings I made on the material costs are being eroded as I have to sit around hoping that my goods will turn up today. I appreciate the issue is with the manufacturer but a higher level of customer service and perhaps a warning from trade wet rooms that this could happen would help. Who uses a courier that doesn’t provide tracking information??”

“Initial customer service is great and great prices. Delivery service needs reviewing. No contact from courier. Had to go through Trade Wetrooms to chase package as paid for the 1 to 2 day delivery service. Advised yesterday delivery was 0 stops away. Must have broke down as still waiting to receive package. Trying to run a business so do not need unreliable delivery service.”

“I like the quick service but had a problem as I had ordered a Wet room former and used the configuration tool to add drain and ss cover. I also order a couple of extra pre-formed corner and a waterproofing kit. I paid for them. The initial delivery Included the Wet room former and the extra waterproofing kit. But the drain kit and cover was missing. I checked my order and they where not listed so I thought I was a numpty and re-ordered them. Only to find I got delivery of two the following day. I now have an extra drain and Slimmed down some pounds.”
