“I like the quick service but had a problem as I had ordered a Wet room former and used the configuration tool to add drain and ss cover. I also order a couple of extra pre-formed corner and a waterproofing kit. I paid for them. The initial delivery Included the Wet room former and the extra waterproofing kit. But the drain kit and cover was missing. I checked my order and they where not listed so I thought I was a numpty and re-ordered them. Only to find I got delivery of two the following day. I now have an extra drain and Slimmed down some pounds.”

Yo get a dodgy text " Good morning your order is on way .Will be deliver today between 9:00am and 12:30pm Thx if is any problem please ring this no " Perfect scam to get people to ring a premium rate no. It should have what is being delivered From whom. Name of delivery agent. The driver did a good job of getting the glass in to the house with help from my wife.”

“Delivery service very quick, unfortunately no advance text or e-mail before delivery but my parcel arrived next day so no complaints. The website was a little confusing with the "build your wetroom here" feature, but after phoning the helpline the build feature was explained to me. I would definitely use Trade Wetrooms again.”
