“Ordered an Impey shower tray, paying extra for next day delivery, for £456. The only item delivered was a small drain pipe and cover. The company have refused to refund my money saying the order was dispatched but are unable to provide any courier tracking information. Having read other reviews, it looks like providing a small relatively cheap part of a large order is a common occurrence, in order to state that the order was dispatched. Avoid this company.”

“I rang last week and the order was confirmed so should have received the items at least by Friday 23rd June. Still not received. The original order was placed on 16th June order #35650 > can you please chase delivery of our items . I have also tried ringing this morning and no reply”

“Needed to speak to someone about the delivery tried phoning all morning 3 or 4 times was on hold each time until it timed out after 5 mins each time. The product may be good to early to say as only receive part delivery. Customer service so far very poor.”

“I am still waiting for my shower tray, drain, and grate having ordered it over a week ago. The phone is never answered and emails are replied to intermittently. I have gone to extraordinary lengths to get a response and having been told they were dispatched four days ago (supposed to be 1-2 working days) nothing has arrived and I cannot get an answer from anyone as to where it is.”

“I placed an order on the 8th June 2023, and received the following items - Jointing tape on the 9th June - 2 Internal cornes on the 15th June - Still to receive the 5m2 Impey Waterguard So much for 1 day delivery When & if the Impey Waterguard arrives I will be returning all the items for a full refund, as I advised you by email at 12:35 on the 9th June that I would be cancelling the order”
