“I purchased a wet room tray,drainage and sealing kit in March. I checked everything except for the sealing kit, assuming it was ok as it was sealed up in a plastic container. On opening it there was at least 30 mm of liquid adhesive inside totally ruining the kit. I was told as it over 14 days since taking delivery they weren’t prepared to replace the item, wanting to charge me £78 with delivery to replace the damaged item.”

“I hired them in the hopes of receiving funding and expert advice. I was disappointed when my experience didn't live up to my expectations, even though I was thrilled to think I had won the lottery.
