“Very quick and professional service fromm Trade Wetrooms from start to finish. The Nuance shower panel kits are perfect, containing everything needed in an easy to understand package - panels, adhesive and sealant and a very detailed instruction sheet. The price was exceptional beating other quotes I had by up to £500. The delivery was also very good and the driver extremely helpful - unlike other transport companies I have had experience of recently. The panels were all well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The Nuance panels themselves are excellent quality and I was able to cut them perfectly with my Festool track saw with zero chip out. Fitting them was also a very straightforward with the T&G joints almost invisible. All in all a great buying experience with Trade Wetrooms and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Very easy to use and a decent price but before placing the order we called up and we were told in stock and if we place the order Monday 3rd it would be delivered Wednesday 6th. Did this nothing showed up. Called up and was told they would look into it. I then get an email Wednesday saying it’s in stock and will be delivered 11th. This has now disrupted the job and causing issues with the builder.”

“Ordering was simple and the pricing was competitive. Delivery was shocking, I had no idea when the delivery was coming, it got delivered but I didn’t know where it was delivered to as the delivery driver left no note and I wasn’t at home. Turns out the driver left it round the back of my property and in sight of anyone that could potentially steal it. Especially with how much we paid for this product, very disappointing. Luckily our neighbour moved it out of sight for us. Opening the parcels we were greeted with a damaged product (as attached) and missing internal corners. Very very dissatisfied.”

“Looked around for nuance wall boards, found several companies closure than yourselves with free delivery but they were charging more than yourselves. Made enquiry regarding the boards I needed and delivery which I was satisfied with. I placed the order which I had to pay for delivery but still worked out a £100 cheaper.
