“This was the first time I had ordered from this company and they have been a pleasure to deal with. The website was very good and a query I had was promptly dealt with when I phoned. I placed the order with 5 minutes to spare before the cut of time for next day delivery and it was all with me by 3pm the next day. Unfortunately there was a problem with one item, however it was dealt with promptly and courteously. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them highly.”

“Very happy with the service. We ordered a linear shower-drain set, they had the cheapest price and next day delivery - great. Arrived promptly, well boxed etc. However our building plans changed and we needed to swap to a shallow-trap, but the builders had made the original box rather mucky and unreturnable. Tradewetrooms staff (Stevie) were really helpful and knowledgable, sorting out a special order of just the trap, and giving clear instructions and advice on how to swap the traps without damaging the drain. New trap came promptly. Very happy.”

We found the stage by stage pictures extremely easy to follow, and ensured the installation went smoothly. We used the 50mm drain system, but pleased to note that a 50mm to 40mm reducer was included in the supplied kit.”

“I was very impressed with your website to ewtablish what I needed prior to ordering. the ordering process was simple and your delvery service was excellent. Your range of products enabled me to obtain excatly what I needed as I am having our ensuite converted into a wetroom and all the 'conventional' trays, were too restrictive. Your wide range has enabled my builder to specify the size I needed to enable him to cut it to size to fit the area. I had the items delivered to my place of work as there was no-one at home to accept delivery. However, not understanding the size of the packaging for the items I orderded, I did have to remove the outer package to enable me to put it into my car. Thank you for your service and I will certainly recommend you.”
