“First time using this company, online ordering easy, items spilt into two separate deliveries but both arrived before lunch which was great. Items not permanently fitted yet so can't comment, instructions are a little vague for the average DIYer but plenty of youtube video's that have been useful. Overall happy with goods and service at moment.”

“Its the first time that our company used tradewetroom. We were met with a very professional an knowledgeable 'Stevie" who was very helpful. We were told that the delivery will be divided into two and that they would be with us the next day. And they were!! Surprising as within our industry that is not always the case, is it! Would we use them again definitely!!”

“I found the whole experience really great. I was thinking about fitting either a wetroom or having another shower tray. I called for a bit of guidance and all my questions were answered. My plumber was still trying to persuade me to have a tray installed but after he had spoken with another Trade Wetrooms' rep, he was more than happy. This is his first wetroom, he found the videos very helpful and the fact he could call and get help has really helped him. Thank you all, I wish I could remember the names of the guys we spoke with but probably best that I cannot remember as I'm sure the whole team has the same attitude to customer support”
