“Goods were supposed to be delivered Thursday 4th of June. Unfortunately they did not arrive, having queried none delivery on Friday none delivery i was told it would be delivered today 8th of June. i was told i would get a ring back last Friday explaining what had happened, no call received. i've called twice today and still have not had a call back”

“I needed a wetroom floor kit in a hurry as had been let down by another supplier, and as it was coming up to a bank holiday weekend I held out little hope of getting it delivered to fit over the weekend for the tiler to start on Tuesday. Ordered on Thursday and delivered early Saturday morning at no extra charge. Communication was great and very helpful and really impressed with the service. The Marmox kit supplied came with great instructions and everything required to do the job. Oh, and the price was great too!! Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.”
