“The shower trays were nice and easy to fit and I was very impressed with the way the waste system worked and I will be using your products again and your staff were also very helpful help”

“Advice and pre-sale customer service very good. Once the delivery failed to arrive the service was not great but no fault of the agents, clearly a new courier service is needed as when they did deliver 48hrs late, I watched In disbelief as the driver delivered next door!!”

“We normally experience excellent service but unfortunately our last order did not go to plan. Placing an order for duplicate items seemed to cause confusion on the website so we had to order over the telephone. Unusually the items did not all arrive next day as they usually do. Despite the difficulties with this order, we did feel we were being looked after as best we could be under the circumstances.”

“Delivered on the right day at the time they gave. Gives a 1 hour slot on delivery day which is helpful. Haven't installed the item yet but it looks good. Delivery was a little bit expensive.”

“Waiting to install today. The instructions are not very clear and no mention on whether the tanking systems can be used or how this is combined, so this leaves a little area of doubt on the actual fitting. The components and instructions are not clear enough to easily understand and could / should be improved. The combination using the options for the grates need better explaining also. The system however appears good and looks good quality.”
