“Goods delivered as ordered. The ordering process was good. It took a little longer for the order to arrive than expected, but under current circumstances, this was to be expected. Improvements could be made with their communications.”

“Order arrived with a couple of items missing. Customer services were very good and got them to me next day. Delivery man reluctant to come in so left to carry some large boards in from the drive by myself.”

“Good easy to deal with company. One area was they stopped my order due to an oversight on my part, but only informed me by email rather than actually calling me. I missed the email as you do and thus the delay resulted in me having to send my plumber home.”

“Nice people to deal with, placed an order, all very easy and efficient and at a good price. Sadly the delivery side has let them down, it appears the product is coming straight from the manufacture, I paid for delivery within two days which hasn’t happened, I have had to call multiple times for shipping updates, I’ve now been told that the courier doesn’t provide tracking and it should be out for delivery today, so any savings I made on the material costs are being eroded as I have to sit around hoping that my goods will turn up today. I appreciate the issue is with the manufacturer but a higher level of customer service and perhaps a warning from trade wet rooms that this could happen would help. Who uses a courier that doesn’t provide tracking information??”

“Initial customer service is great and great prices. Delivery service needs reviewing. No contact from courier. Had to go through Trade Wetrooms to chase package as paid for the 1 to 2 day delivery service. Advised yesterday delivery was 0 stops away. Must have broke down as still waiting to receive package. Trying to run a business so do not need unreliable delivery service.”

“Easy to navigate website and good prices. Delivery coming from different couriers isn’t great though, part of the kit is no use without the other but missed the second delivery even though I was in waiting so have had to let the customer down.”

“Got a good price for the two items that I ordered but both of them weren't delivered initially and I had to contact TW to check on why one item hadn't been delivered. No-one got back to me but I received the second item a couple of days later. So their customer communications needs improving!”
