“Great product, order process very good. I did send an email regards a technical issue over modern houses have small bore plastic pipes that come out of the wall behind the radiator, how this affects the bracket system of this model radiator. You answered rapidly and passed on to manufacture.”

“Ordered one of the heritage valves and needed a spare part, messaged on what’s app and spoke to Amanda who has been nothing short of amazing - managed to get me some parts being sent out in the post to me. “Its installation was straightforward, the plumber commented it was well made, substantial and of excellent quality, he added that the price paid was very competetive and that he could not have purchased it for less. Its now in operation and we look forward to a winter with warm towels.”
