Product was what we required and description accurate but delivery took longer than expected and had to chase on 2 occasions.

I feel the delivery service wasn’t fantastic as you only knew literally 5 mins before delivery. Also the radiator isn’t fantastic quality as the tops look like raw material for about 3 inch down from the top and the bottom of the radiator the middles look like they are black nickel they are a different finish.

Hi Tony, thanks for your review. You purchased a 'raw metal' radiator which does of course show the raw metal itself with manufacturing lines, this is a deliberate (and very popular) finish as shown on the website. If you buy a painted (powder coated) radiator of course the metal isn't visible but raw metal has a clear lacquer so that you can see the variations of the sections which is the main appeal of this type of finish. Hopefully you're happy with it now as we can see you didn't contact us to arrange a return. Thank you for shopping with us.

Radiator arrived on time & looked the part. Unfortunately the element for dual fuel (which I had checked WAS the correct one by calling ahead before placing my order) didn’t fit the unit as it was too long. I’m now waiting for the replacement.

Thanks Mr Hickey. You may have forgotten that you actually ordered an out of stock item, you 'pre-ordered' the valves meaning you get a dispatch email (following the order confirmation email you already have) when they are back in stock and being dispatched to you. The order is in place exactly as it should be so your review is more than a little unfair.

Please change your courier. I had to be available for over 2 and a half days - no information from APC and seemingly no confidence in their service. Its not much to ask to receive a 2 hour delivery window and when I arrange a full day to receive the parcel and for nothing to turn up - and still not have information is poor.

No complaints about customer service. It’s such ashame we had to return the radiator due to the amount of damage. Very frustrating and time consuming having to wrap the item ready for the return.

Online,advice,poor,leading,to,delivery,without,all,parts,and,extra,expense.Radiator,solid,and,now,works,well.This,will,not,leave,space,between,words!!!

Thanks for your review Steve. I understand that when you were speaking with our adviser Stacey there had been crossed wires in regards to the electric / non-electric towel rail for which she did then apologise most profusely to you when you made us aware that you had not received exactly what you'd been expecting. Stacey then immediately resolved this for you and sent you the additional required parts (element and fluid filling kit) and gave you the fluid filling kit free of charge by way of an apology for the misunderstanding, the parts were delivered at 8.30am the following morning. Hmmm rads do not heat up like the vile bog standard space taking rads previously in place... c’est la vie ie I have more space - but it’s colder! Pro’s with the cons....

Radiator arrived well packaged & undamaged. Not fitted yet but looks good quality. Staff helpful and offered advise about products. Only negative was unreliable courier service DX couriers. I would be hesitant to order again only because of DX couriers.

Radiators arrived in excellent condition well packaged but I waited in all day then I received a phone call at 6:30 pm saying they couldn't deliver till the next morning. Waisted a whole day.

The courier didn’t deliver and said they had. I had to call on a daily basis from that day til the middle of week following to make sure my order was delivered.

Delivery man refused to allow the recipient to sign for the item as "UNCHECKED". Instead deleted this "signature" and asked for the name of the recipient and signed on behalf of recipient

Towel rail is of a very good quality at an excellent price.Trade radiators were very helpfull during the ordering over the telephone.Delivery by DX couriers was appalling,was told delivery would be next day (Wednesday) radiator finally arrived the following Monday.Would I order from trade radiators again ?not if the radiator was needed urgently.May be a more efficient courier is needed.
