“This was the first time I had used your Company and I must say that the service was very efficient and delivered on time which says something today. Your price was good too and the product ( a curved rad.) fitted the bay window perfectly. Thank you, Peter Shorland.”

“The radiator itself is lovely no complaints however when told my rad would be with me on the monday I waited in patiently. I called around 4pm to check I was still on for a delivery and was assured it would be with me on that day. When I called about 5pm I was given the courier s number and when I got hold of them they had no record of my delivery booked in with them I called trade radiators back only to then get a voicemail to which I left a message.. The radiator was delivered the next day luckily soneone was home but I had no contact from trade radiators to see if the rad arrived or to apologise for the delay I tweeted too and still no response. Really poor customer service which is disappointing as previously they have been great.”

This was a courier system error for which we are truly sorry, the information we gave you was from the couriers themselves so apologies that this had not been up to date.

“Whole process very simple and worked. Calculated heat output needed, selected a towel rail style radiator, (one possible product was not in stock), ordered, pay, delivered. Not yet fitted product.”

“I ordered a traditional style towel rail radiator online which was delivered in good time. However, after plumbing in, a small leak was apparent on a joint. I rang trade radiators who asked me to send an email with a picture showing the leak. i did this and was then asked to send another picture showing exactly where the leak was. I said I had already done this and asked if they would send a replacement. They agreed and said they would take the old one away when they delivered the new one. I asked if they could give me a window for the delivery day or if the driver could ring in advance. I did not get a response and had to arrange for my son to be in the house. The driver who delivered the new one refused to take the defective radiator away saying he had not been authorised. I had gone to a lot of trouble to re-package the radiator. I also had costs in respect of plumbing and then disconnecting the defective radiator. I didn't receive an apology over the phone or in writing.”

Apologies for the inconvenience Mr Stafford. With deliveries and collections is would rarely be the same driver, the delivery would be on one drivers worksheet and the collection on another so they would usually happen at different times which was the case here, sorry if that hadn't been explained to you.

“Top quality at a very reasonable price. We received our towel rail a day after submiting the order, all the fittings were included and clear instructions. The finish is superb and looks like it should cost alot more than it did. Top marks Trade Radiators”

“the radiator came very quickly and i am very pleased with it. My problem was making the template ,even after watching a video on how to make one. in the end i bent a piece of metal to make the template. it might be useful to send a pliable piece of metal to help customers make a emplate”

“Really prompt service and well packaged for delivery, have now fitted the curved bathroom rad and it looks great. The stylish valves were an additional and again look great. If you buy on a Friday remember its not a next day delivery but Monday. Well recommended”

“Designer radiator arrived very quickly but had odd blemish right in the middle of the front. Contacted Trade Radiators right away and replacement on its way for the next day. Exceptional service as sometimes things arrive faulty and its all about how a company reacts. In this case they rival John Lewis in attitude and customer service...and thats saying something. I have several more radiators to replace when I get time and I will be back as t=m”
