“Great product and first class service. I phined twice to check which side the element was fitted and was told it came unfitted which would have been perfect. However the element came fitted and to the opposite side I required. The supplier gave me instructions on how to rectify which was simply to do but they could have sent it out fitted for me if they had been requested to do so. Otherwise all is good. Well worth getting a timer control also.”

“All very easy in terms of selection and payment. Good manner on telephone but unfortunately the verbal indications for delivery did not match the actual delivery time. Had made arrangements in keeping with verbal indication but delivery was next day and unexpected. Email was sent but not received until the following day owing to computer problems. Would use again most certainly.”

“LOVELY RADIATOR AND DELIVERED QUICKLY BUT THERE IS A LITTLE PROBLEM ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER.iT SEEMS THAT THERE IS A CHROME BUTTON MISSING WHICH WOULD CAP THE OPENING AND STOP A BROWN RUSTY/WATERY SUBSTANCE OOZING FROM IT WHICH HAS MARKED MY NEW TOWEL.i WONDER IF YOU COULD POP ONE IN THE POST AND WE CAN FIT IT. I'm SURE IT IS AN OVERSIGHT IN THE PACKING.”

“I was very impressed with the efficiency and how quickly the radiator was sent to me, I have not yet had it fitted as my plumber can't do it till September, I would be happy to let you know how it looks and also how efficient it is, a.l the staff I spoke to were very helpful including the man who delivered the radiator, again many thanks”

“i ordered a traditional towel rail which was the same model as a previous order, when it turned up the screws which fit connect it to the wall and floor when stainless not chrome(my original order they were chrome) and the depth off the top bar was 2 inches closer than the original towel rail to the wall leaving less room for towels to hang on.i contacted trade radiators to see if i had received the wrong product and was spoken to by a lady he was not helpful,all i was repeatedly told was if you don't like it return it, not that she was sorry or we can arrange for chrome screws to be sent out or try and source the original product that i had ordered, just to be told again and again go any buy some chrome screws yourself or return the item if you don't want it,eventually she told me that the manufacture had changed, even though it was called the same name it was made by a different factory hence the changes.i ended my call and will not use your company in the future which was is a shame as i was happy with my purchases prior to this”

Our sincere apologies Mr Kennedy. Models do get updated/changed slightly from time to time which is something we unfortunately have no control over. This is the case with production of anything and not just radiators. We do understand that this has of course been inconvenient for you and we are genuinely sorry for your trouble.

“Very good products and have fitted many towel rails in particular, all are normally delivered on time the next day. However, on just the odd occasion the radiator required was not in stock and although an alternative is offered (which sometimes is more expensive but they give it to you at the same price you paid) it can delay the delivery by a day or two. Other than that would recommend any time.”
