“I have used this company many times over the years with two houses. I have found customer services to be excellent and the radiators brilliant. I ordered the black steel ones and I’ve had cast iron ones which are absolutely beautiful. Never had a problem with this company always professional and products delivered on time.”

“After waiting 12 days had to contact to be told there was a problem with delivery and then was informed 3 days later that delivery was imminent and it was, feel I should have been informed when they knew they had a problem and not wait until I complained”

“Purchased an anthracite vertical radiator and corner valves. Did attempt to do so online, however, there was a glitch with the website. Phoned Trade Radiators who checked and confirmed the issue and took my order over the phone. The order arrived quickly 2 or 3 days later. Fantastic service would definitely use it again.”

“Good value for money product, so far no leaks, instructions make everything straightforward however there are two washers provided which doesn't state what there for - I presume there spares for the two blanking / air bleed caps? overall very happy with the product.”
