“Was ordered on overnight delivery, arrived 6 days later. And, it had 2 small pints in it but too late to cancel Plumber that had to come back and fit it after it did not arrive.”

Thanks for your review Karen. Having checked your order, this particular item was delivered well within the 7-10 working days shown on the product page of the website, where you ordered the radiator. This item is not overnight which is clearly stated prior to purchase. Again having thoroughly checked your order history, you didn't contact us to let us know about the damage. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you. We could have sent you a replacement had we been given the opportunity to do so.

“We bought a floor-standing cast iron radiator. So happy with the quality and the look, it's better than we expected. The valves we bought are of proper quality and really complete the look. Delivery was exactly as expected. The price was spot on. I simply couldn't have asked for more/better.”
