“i ordered a chrome towel radiator which arrived promptly however it was incorrectly picked at the warehouse. Fortunately, on contacting Customer Services they were able to rectify the error and send a replacement for the next day.”

“Excellent service and prompt friendly response to my telephone enquiries. One small matter was that I ordered delivery to a UK forwarding address for onward delivery to Malta. The forwarding service needs the name of the consignee (me) and the code number to be clearly marked on the delivery note. It wasn't. This meant I had to get all the delivery details from Trade Radiators and pass them to the forwardong company before the parcel could be processed. Perhaps in future you could ask APC to ensure the consignee name is oncluded EXACTLY as per your website delivery address? One other thing: the thermostat was delivered separately from the radiator, but withoutnotifying me first. This meant worry that it had been forgotten from the original order.”

“Nice quality towel rails, unfortunately there appears to be no one at trade rads that can explain why the the valves for a dual fuel towel rad are two control valves and not one control and one lockshield. What happens when both are closed fully and the electric non thermostat element is turned on and you go out for the day, is there anyone out there knows the answer?”
