“Ordered radiator at 12:30 because of, Next working day (orders placed before 2pm). delivery promise. I assume price included this delivery promise, unlikely to be free. Confirmation e/mail was promised, but not received. Phoned the next day to ask about radiator, to be told it still was at warehouse, and had not been dispatched, and would not be delivered next day, contrary to all promises at point of sale. I paid up front keeping my part of the contract, I would expect a reduction in price to reflect my unnecessary involvement in a less than successful attempt to carry out delivery as promised.”

“Excellent service from a Scottish company trading near and far. I was kept in touch throughout. Website one of the best - I found it easy to interrogate. As I wanted to be certain I called them, the member of staff (Stacey) was very helpful. My order was correctly processed and they advised when it would be dispatched. They connected me to delivery company when I sought information on delivery time slot, and goods arrived on time and in good condition. No complaints, well done.”

“After lots of looking around I ordered a vertical radiator and set of valves from Trade Radiators. I was kept informed via email about my order and given tracking details, both items were delievered the next day by courier as promised. Couldn't be happier with the radiator which looks great and how Trade Radiators dealt with my purchase.”

“My plumber gave me the details of the rads to place an order. I did so, 10 in total. He later changed one of the sizes, more than one month after the original order. I called and asked if the one I no longer needed could be returned, even though it was a while since the first order- as it was still in the original packaging and unopened- they agreed for a small restocking and pick up fee. Instead of having a rad I didn't want I am now getting a refund. The ladies who answered the phone were very polite and helpful.”

“Excellent service, radiator arrived next day in perfect condition. Product was packaged very well. Radiator valves were delivered within 10 minutes of radiator delivery, the only improvement I would suggest would be to do one courier visit?”

“Bought the Saturn double style designer radiator. The radiator itself looks great but the brackets do not hold the radiator well. You're able to shake the radiator attached to the wall. Our plumber temporarily solved the issue by placing a piece of cardboard behind the radiator but certainly not what one would expect after spending over £100 on a all 'designer' radiator. If not for the hassle, I definitely would have returned it as I purchased a very similar style from another radiator company which had no such problems. I would think twice before ordering from here again solely based on the quality of the end product. Delivery time and communication however was excellent.”

Hi Andreca, it sounds as though the plumber when fitting the radiator has forgotten to put on the little plastic spacers or 'c' clips which go on the brackets before placing the radiator in position, thus holding it in place. A quick call to our Customer Service team could have cleared the matter up for you straight away but unfortunately you didn't contact us so were unaware you were having an issue until you posted your review online. In future please do give us the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have as we are here to help.
