“Ordered a replacement radiator for a bathroom refurb as the one I had bought in advance was wrong size and colour. TR price was best and new radiator was delivered next day, allowing plumber to fit immediately. Five star service!”

“First purchased a designer radiator from them in 2012 and recentlly bought foure more of the same range. Had an issue with delivery damage to one radiator but the issue was resolved in good time with a replacement dispatched and the damaged item picked up. Great product and service from Trade Radiators.”

“Outstanding customer service from Kim Brines. Took delivery of our radiators back in early February. Checked them for damage - all perfect. As usual, our projects get delayed, didn’t fit them until 22nd April. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the valves. A quick conversation and a few emails with Kim and a replacement is on its way. Couldn’t ask for better service.”
