“Ordered bespoke Apollo anthracite radiators. Customer Services - Kim and Amanda - were helpful at every stage including (apologies from me) late changes. Manufacturer process was prompt and slightly quicker than the guide timeframes. Delivery was efficient, with customer contact on the day to ensure a smooth offload of pallets. All rads were well-wrapped and in pristine condition when opened. Not yet fitted, so no comments on performance etc at this stage. Trade Radiators are on the ball and an excellent agent for the supplier, I would definitely recommend them based on our experience this time.”
