“Stated 48 hour tracked delivery but was past 96 hours before it arrived. Product is as described. The steam train doesn’t seem to have enough puff to climb the most basic of brio bridges 🤷🏼‍♂️”

“The item arrived and was as I had ordered. However this was the 1st time I’d ordered from this company. The item did take a while to come and I didn’t receive any emails letting me know it was delayed so I was worried the item wasn’t going to come and ended up ringing them. They were very polite and helpful on the phone.”

“I ordered a toy giraffe and it arrived in good condition, but it wasn't posted out until about 9 days after I had placed the order. Fortunately this wasn't a problem for me, but if I had been ordering it as a birthday present it may have been.”

“Game arrived quickly but inside box broken upon opening. (Not Toy Streets fault to be fair - just one of those things) offered 10% off for trouble. Didn’t accept”

“The delivery from the UK to Germany was smooth and easy to track. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is that the board game box came torn on one side completely. I opted to tape the box and use it instead of sending it back because I didn't want to wait anymore. But of course, it is annoying if a brand-new board game comes with defects. This could be due to delivery, but nevertheless.”

“Well I've read the reviews ? Mine not a great one after over a week, ordered on the 16th I was still waiting for my order! Received on the 27th After 3 emails the last one asking for a refund I got a reply it's on its way !! I have now received the plush toy and it's lovely, that's a plus. So i will think again before ordering If I want it fast !”

“Product was lovely and good value. Unfortunately problems with delivery as only my name and postcode had been put on the package! I’m not sure how this wasn’t noticed when the label was printed and put on the package but I’m therefore unsure if I would order again. It meant package was delayed and I had to liaise with the delivery company to collect it.”

“It seems like a wonderful online store, but I still haven't received my order even though it's been 15 days. I don't mind waiting, but it seems I can't access any tracking of my product, which it said would be included. The product itself was very cheap compared to other the prices at other retailers. So as long as my package arrives eventually, I would recommend the store.”
