If i could score lower i would! Bought a microwave (as part of a set) less than a year ago and microwave has stopped working. I called and spoke to a lady (Emma) who asked me to send all details via email to her which i did. didnt get a reply for a week, i then chased it to be told they didnt receive the video i sent - i proved i sent it but sent it again anyway, from then i have not received a reply from anyone, i have sent emails daily asking for an update and nobody has even bothered to reply to me! shocking customer service! this is the first tower product i purchased and definetely wont be purchasing anything from them again! poor poor poor!

Had a Tower Kettle for about 2-3 years and it looks lovely but it's a health and safety nightmare. I've been burnt repeatedly from it venting steam via the handle. The lid mechanism doesn't always engage so I've poured boiling water everywhere before. The push-switch has now disintegrated. Not at all built to last. We have a Tower toaster and it hasn't fared much better under exceptionally light use. I didn't expect to be shopping around again this soon but I'm not going for Tower.

The plastic pressure cooker part cracked due to temperature, unhelpful customer services and the spare also not available with the company. The product is under extended warranty but customer services not at all helpful. Will be staying away from their products.

Still can not get a replacement ceraglide iron calc cartridge? No point buying this iron as it is impossible to purchase one anywhere. Such a shame as think the iron is fab.

I purchase the handheld steam cleaner, I wish I’d listen to some of the reviews it’s awful. Not easy to use at all - water was going everywhere. I tried to return as I had done so within 7 days I was unable to do so. Now I’m stuck with a steam cleaner that doesn’t function properly and also cost me a lot of money. Please do not buy the applicants, it isn’t worth the money nor only giving you 7 days to try out appliances like this. I am very disappointed in the service and the product.

Should of looked at the reviews before buying. I’ve been passed around between tower and the seller. I spent 90 pounds on a tower microwave. Tower don’t deal with it because they can’t send you a part for the a microwave that could cause a fire in your house.

Tower bread maker stopped baking edible bread and customer service utterly useless. Just fobbed off with excuses and solutions that were completely irrelevant to the problem. Picture shows what Tower CS seen as an acceptable loaf of Bread. Bread maker now in the bin. Will never purchase a Tower product again.

I bought a 6.5 litre tower air fryer. I have had issues with the screws falling out. I had emailed the tower customer service but was told to go back to ideal tv who told me to go back to tower. It’s an absolute shambles, which is a shame as the actual air fryer is great

I bought a 7 piece ceramic pan set which carried a 10 year guarantee. A great set of saucepans. I washed and dried them well as instructed and kept felt between them when stored. Then one day the handle came off a pan full of potatoes in boiling water and the rust went all over the kitchen and on the food. However, my 10 year guarantee does not cover rust and the inside of the handle had rusted because they don't use stainless steel screws. What a 10 year guarantee scam! I would advise anyone not to buy tower products.

I bought a set of Tower T81212RS Forged Saucepan, Cerastone Coating, Aluminium, Rose Pink, 3-Piece. I was attract by the pink colour. They are take long time to heat and stick the food very much. The covers fade colour after used two times only. They look likes very old now. They keep some dish soap water came out from the cover lid. I can't use them again. I knew so, I shouldn't have bought them because of the nice pink colour. They made me very disappointed and waste my money!

Bought the freedom tower induction set. The pans heat marked within the first week. Not stick couldn’t be stickier!! Had for 3 months and the attachable handles are stiffening up. 3 months of use and they are going in the bin and im getting tefal! I contacted tower who were very unhelpful. Photos attached from when I contacted them. The pans are so much worse now!! No stick left no matter how much oil I use. Really disappointed

Buy cheap get cheap. Poor products. Discolouration of metal fittings. Chipping enamel interiors of pans. Very poorly made. So disappointed. Customer service take a while to respond to emails. In the end offers 20%discount of future purchases. As if I would buy off tower again. No thanks.

Hello. We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with our service. I can see from your emails that you stated that you have put your items in the dishwasher. This is what will be causing the discolouration of metals. It does state in both manuals to not put items in a dishwasher as the harsh abrasives may discolour or damage item. Take care. Carina.

Purchased ceraglide steam iron did all the recommendations on the booklet after used several times water tank kept jamming then all rusty water poured out all over white shirt and ironing board floor and my kitchen units covered in it i am horrified will never purchase tower appliance again.

I wished I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Purchased a kettle last week. First time I used it, it produced masses of limescale but what it worse is the kettle is downright dangerous. Steam keeps coming out of the bottom and scalding your hand as you try to pour a drink. Purchased as part of a set - if I order a new one, it won't match my existing set. Very disappointed. Will contact customer services but I won't hold out much hope, given these reviews. I've also contacted the online retailers I purchased it from and I am currently awaiting an answer back from them.

I had a 2 year warranty on a compact air fryer. A safety catch has broken after 18 months. With great technical difficulty (for me) I had to upload photo of problem, invoice and warranty. Shouldn't you already have the warranty? Finally told that it says in the very very small print that it doesn't include accessories. Is the frier basket an accessory? I can buy a replacement basket, plus £3.99 postage, no concession there! No, I will look at a different brand, and check out their warranty with care. Customer service very disappointing.

Cerastone frying pan. Absolutely useless non stick coating. Paid a lot of money for this. Avoid. Apart from a cheapo Asda pan this is the worst frying pan ever. If I could leave no stars then I would have.

Still waiting for delivery my order (5-in-1 1L Digital Air Fryer) been waiting now for 17 days - meant to have been delivered the next day.!!! I have chased via email (contact handled by Adam) was meant to get back to me but has not. Now have received a text they have attempted to deliver and they require a surcharge to deliver again. This is LIES, LIES and more LIES. Have not have such dismal customer services.
