Poor because cooks one this but will not turn back on want to do something else but won’t turn back on

Worst product and customer service,bought a frying pan,it's sticking food and also got Staines.It was under warranty but customer service didn't help.Better to avoid buying from Tower

The difficulties in providing a replacement Sensor Bin have been compounded by the fact that you were unable to provide proof of purchase to support your warranty as well as this model being out of stock due to its popularity. Purchased a Tower air fryer which had an electrical fault 2 months later and set my kitchen on fire. This occured in February and despite over 40 emails has still not being resolved. I have not even received or been offered a refund for the original Air fryer (I would not want a replacement even if this had been offered). I have been advised over and over by Tower their insurance company is demanding that I find a joiner company to come and give a quote but the company needs to be VAT registered. I am having great difficulty in finding a joiner company in my area which earns over £85,000 per year. Due to this Tower and the insurance company will not budge and are repeatedly telling me to look on Google to find one. Each company i have contacted do not earn enough to be VAT registered and the insurance company are refusing to send someone out to provide a quote for the damage caused. I will never purchase another Tower product and not would I encourage anyone else to either.

Our telephone opening hours are flexible and currently we open from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm - Monday to Friday. We have several channels where our customers can contact us and we will endeavour to resolve your enquiry within 24 hours. The Tower air fryer is an excellent product ( already got one )the problem was the delivery. First one went missing, cancelled order, then order again. The next day delivery took 6 days

Ordered this 10 in one air fryer this week and was really looking forward to cooking with it, however although the package was absolutely fine the door to this is broken and needs a new door - please send me one x. Everything else looks fine thank goodness x

Having had the opportunity to investigate your enquiry your order was received after noon on Friday 20th May - this is after the cut off time to qualify for next day delivery. This would mean your parcel would be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 24th May - however, checking your order your parcel was delivered one day earlier than scheuled. I have an 18month old Ceraglide iron that is no longer functional because I need a replacement filter and cannot get hold of one for love or money! The advice given was to ring in the next 30 to 40 days to see if Tower then had them in stock or to search the web, which the advisor did whilst I was on the phone and couldn't find any. so iam still left with a relatively new iron I can't use!!!!

Returned faulty item and you have received it back over a week ago and I’m still waiting for a refund. I have contacted you a few times now and your customer service is extremely unhelpful. I returned two item which you received back at the same time but only one has been refunded.

Having had the opportunity to investigate your enquiry I can see when we arranged your returns we did confirm to allow 10 days from Tower receiving your parcel back for the refund to be fully received. Both of your refunds have been processed well within these 10 days and should be received soon. It only leaves me to apologise for any perception of poor service you have received. Payed next day delivery, two days later no parcels, emailed the customer service twice still not reply, and unable to track my parcels, very annoyed as I spent a lot on this website…

Bought a tower microwave just 15 months ago hardly used stopped heating up but nope tower can’t help so I definitely won’t be purchasing tower again and now my kettle/toaster and all matching stuff I’ve bought no good as I won’t be spends £100’s pounds for 15 months usage lesson learn
