“The service you provide is excellent but it was unfortunate that the courier was not. My wife is deaf and didn't know the courier was there so they just drove off on two occasions and I had to collect from 15 miles away In the past couriers have always left the package on the porch which is up a private drive and out of sight or the more considerate ones have given my wife more time”

“The large tub that held the chemicals was damaged at the bottom, the packaging was on the top but not on the bottom of the box luckily the bag inside the tub was not damaged.”

“My recent order was fine, as most orders before had been. But, I was disappointed with the previous order of 20kg of 200mg multifunctional tablets. Firstly, they came in four boxes of 5kg and most significantly they were not individually wrapped, which means increased chlorine fumes when taken out of the box. Most importantly, one of the box lids was cracked, water got in and caused some deterioration of the tablets, discolouration and some breakdown.”

“Hi good morning. I tried to order some PH increaser on line but couldn't get it to work. I phoned the office the lady I spoke to was very helpful and ordered what I needed. Product came within 2 says I believe. Very good thank you.”
