“Good products and helpful service. I invariably source my pool products from Swimming Pool Chemicals (rather than Amazon, say) However, I concur with other reviewers the £7.50 delivery fee can seem extortionate. We were only after a Darlly Duck Sponge (£5.99 and negligible weight). I topped up to £75 for free delivery by buying other pool products (to last this year and next) but think items such as this should have a more sensible p&p.”

“Easy ordering process and competitive prices. Just a little disappointed that the order seemed to take a little longer than usual to be delivered ( still not an excessive delay, though) which I believe was caused you some kind of staff shortage in the warehouse.”

“Good selection of products and good prompt customer service. Let down by DHL who are a poorly rated delivery company anyway. They send contradictory e mails regarding the whereabouts of the consignments. They say they have it then they say they have not etc. Takes a minimum of 2 days for delivery every time so not sure about the next day delivery statement.”

“I have been purchasing from Swimming Pool Chemicals for a number of years. In our previous house, this was for an above-ground pool. In our current house, we have a hot tub. My only criticism is that for small purchases, for example, test tablets, the P&P standard charge is excessive. Royal Mail would be a more economic alternative.”
