“Reasonable price with fast delivery. Products are doing their job. The usage quantities are rather muddled on the tubs, as they say 500g bags but they are only 300g.”

“The chemicals were delivered on time however it was not made clear that the products packaging ( quantity per dose has been altered, changed from 500g to 300g) Having used the normal dose, I have not experienced the results I have normally had. I am concerned that this maybe a poorer quality of product. I would welcome a comment from the company”

“The service is usually excellent but on this occasion the plastic bags of chlorine granules had been cut by someone in the factory and when I pulled them out of the plastic bucket it spilled all over the floor”

“I have only one problem and that is with the DPD 1 tablets. We seem to have quite a lot of tablets that don't work correctly. Regularly we have to do the test twice which throws our confidence in the accuracy of the reading.”
