“Quick efficient service. The only thing that occasionally lets it down is packaging. A container of algicide in our last order was leaking on arrival (I presume this is a known problem as liquid containers are sent inside separate plastic bags.) In the past we have also had containers of large chlorine tablets arrive with the contents smashed. A quick phone call has been enough to get these minor issues put right.”

“I’ve only been using the multi-functional tablets for a few days so cannot as yet comment on their effectiveness, but pool remains clear. Delivery was quick, and item well packaged.”

“The products were exactly as described, well packed and delivered on time. However the bottles were very grubby with black marks that were possibly fingerprints. Apart from this, I was happy.”

“There is just one thing that I would say and that prevented me from giving 5 stars and that is that the amount of packaging on your products is excessive. Why do I need plastic packets, inside a plastic bucket, inside a cardboard box. If the tablets come in packets of 50, why not just put them in a box. If I am honest, next time I will be looking for a supplier who uses less packaging and, if possible, no plastic whatsoever. Would you consider moving to a more sustainable way of packaging your products please? I would be interested to hear if you action anything as a result of my comments and, if so, I would be happy to continue ordering from you.”

“The only thing that let you down was your delivery company who left my parcel behind a gate half a mile up the road. The people thst live there found my parcel at 7 o'clock thast night, they got in there car and delivered it to me.”

“Good website, quick paid delivery service. When delivered wrong item, an email quickly resolved it by arranging correct shipment and return by same courier. Website could offer more pool vacuum cleaning heads.”

“We found a product that we wanted to purchase, and the ordering process was seamless. Unfortunately due to an error, there was actually no stock available, but the team notified us immediately upon realising, and made a prompt refund and apology. Disappointing that the items weren't available, but excellent customer service in dealing with the issue - I would certainly look to use them again for future purchases based upon the experience”

“Ordered supplies arrived on time and were of good quality. Only issue was the delivery driver left the package by our gates which are some way from the house and left me, a 72yr old, to hump it up the drive.”
