Quick efficient service. The only thing that occasionally lets it down is packaging. A container of algicide in our last order was leaking on arrival (I presume this is a known problem as liquid containers are sent inside separate plastic bags.) In the past we have also had containers of large chlorine tablets arrive with the contents smashed. A quick phone call has been enough to get these minor issues put right.
