“The website is easy to use, the delivery is quick, the only problem I have had is with processing the payment through PayPal. I tried on a Saturday and Sunday many times to order the chemicals and in the end had to make a phone call on the Monday morning. The lady that answered the call knew exactly what the problem was and said to use the Sage payment system instead. I have never used that before so was a little hesitant, but my comment would be that if PayPal isn’t working couldn’t you put a message on the webpage saying this, or remove PayPal as an option?”

“Delivery excellent and product good. The granulated chlorine would be much more user friendly if in a 5 litre plastic bottle rather than in a tub.”

“This latest order was good quick and efficient. However the packaging was damaged. In the past we have had a bucket of chlorine granules that had burst open with granules spilled out everywhere and leaking from the box. I did report this but the company didn't seem interested.”

“Good efficient service. Effective products. A few things to consider, that would bring about 5stars instead of 4stars: When an item is out of stock, have a plan for follow up client communication and supply, minimising waiting time, without causing added Delivery cost to the customer (it wasn’t their fault after all), Include some Bromine based offers once in a while, not just chlorine ones. Consider including non chemical options in your list/pages.”
