You sent the wrong free gift and have made no attempt to correct the situation. Like it or not the free gift sets you apart from your competitors but there is little value in trading with you if you can't send the gift your customer has chosen. Yes, no doubt you do run out of stock from time to time but you should promise to send the right gift when the stock is replenished instead of fobbing the customer off with something he doesn't want.

I was pay for next day delivery but my parcel was delivered 3 days after im very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shock Chlorine supplied this year is different to last year, it is powdery not granular and we have used double the quantity we would normally use. With 30 + years of opening the pool, I am experienced enough to make this comment. Really poor value for money this year, I have switched to a Cardiff supplier. Outer packaging seemed intact. Goods inside were received in a damaged condition. I reported this to Swimming Pool Chemicals with photos of damaged goods. They replied that it must have been the couriers doing and was not their problem. Disgraceful customer service.

Hi, thank you for your review, we are very sorry for the condition this tub arrived in. We would never intentionally send anything out damaged, we are very lucky to have good warehouse staff. Occasionally things can get damaged by the courier in transit passing from depot to depot and when this happens they have repacked it and sent it on. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

The product was dropped off at the wrong house. It was dropped off at No. 29 when we are No. 35

hi, I order all my pool chemicals from you. I recently ordered the wrong product In error. I called you, you replaced the wrong product with the right one. you charged me £9.99 for doing that. I was surprized by the charge, given I buy all my chemicals from you. under distance selling rules I could have just returned the item to you and ordered separately. I didn't, I was honest with you. I know its a cost to you, but I thought customers making honest mistakes would be supported. the difference in price of the items should have resulted in a refund to me, the invoice I have been sent doesn't show any balance? the returned parcel included my free gift, the replacement didn't have my free gift? I wasn't told to keep it from the 1st parcel.

Hi Paul, thanks for your review, unfortunately the exchange fee is our couriers charge for delivering and collecting the chemicals I'm afraid. There is a difference in price which gets refunded on return of the parcel so this will be done as soon as it comes back to us. The free gift we can send out today for you that's not a problem. I ordered some intex pool filters, was told they were shipped and with the courier. The day I was supposed to receive them, I received and email saying they were out of stock and I would receive a refund. The refund was put through straight away, although still not good enough as I should have receive the information at point of purchase that the product was out of stock and not be charged for it. Therefore I would not place an order through this website again as clearly there not up to date with there stock take and wouldn’t be sure if I’d actually receive something I’ve paid for.

We paid for the chemicals. We were notified they had been dispatched and would arrive in 24th July. They did not arrive. On 27th July I spoke to your office. Your office could not find a record of the order and despatch? I was assured the order would be re-desptched I await the order with baited breath! Jeremy Woodcock Plymouth

We can confirm the order was sent and it is out for delivery today with DHL, however please can you confirm the address on your order is correct as the post code doesn't seem to be matching your address on the Royal Mail postcode finder? The shock chlorine has no effect, our pool is still green even though we have used the correct dosage, then twice as much, absolute rubbish, cost a lot too!!

Sorry you have not been happy with the Chlorine Shock. If your pool is green then you will need to put at least three times the normal shock dose in at once. In some cases it may take 10 times the normal shock dose if the pool is very green. Please be assured that this is standard 65-70% Calcium Hypochlorite Granules, widely used on the market and we have had no other complaints about this product not working effectively, as you can see from the other reviews.

This company got my last order wrong, I both emailed and rang them to inform them. Not once did I receive an apology of any kind, even after pointing in an email that they had not apologised. I also asked them to inform me of when they were going to collect the miss sent chemicals. They did not do this and so the couriers first attempt failed as I was not in. I also pointed this out to them and again, no apology of any kind. Shop elsewhere is my advice.

I have a new 10ft swimming pool, it hold 800 gallons. I purchase a 1 litre bottle of Algaecide which states shock dose 1 litre to 10,000 gallons. I applied 1 litre to 800 gallons and left it for 2 days before I tested it. It appears to have done nothing. The test strips are new so not a fault on them. It appears to me it may be watered down.

Hi John, the product you have is Polyquat Algaecide. This is a preventative for algae and it cannot be measured using test strips. The test in your picture is for alkalinity.

I haven't had any products, all I have had is an email to say sorry your chemicals have been delivered to the wrong address. No offer of a refund, no indication of when I might actually receive the chemicals I have paid for. Not impressed

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I've just had a look into this to see what happened. We can see you ordered on the 2nd June at 13:43 and at the moment we are dispatching orders the same day if placed before 1pm, so this will have been dispatched on the 3rd June and I can see this was delivered on 4th June.
