“I’ve used Swimming Pool chemicals for a fair time now and always had a good reliable and swift service. One thing however, that I was not as impressed with, was the fact that I’ve had to re register my account for the new website. I live in India and our house with pool is in the UK Being rented out, so it was just a little bit of extra hassle that I’m surprised couldn’t have been avoided and data ported across. Having said that we are now ‘remembered’ on the site so future orders will be smoother... Best regards, Andrew”

“Prompt confirmation and delivery. I was a little taken aback by the delivery of 20 kg in one container. Rather presumptive of me to assume that it would come in four 5Kg containers!! 20 Kg a little difficult for an 85 year old to manhandle especially when the delivery man left it without waiting for the bell to be answered. Product not utilised yet, purchased prior to present stock being used up.”

“Website is very easy to use, prices are reasonable, delivery is prompt and efficient. Free gift of pool thermometer arrived broken in bottom of box underneath heavy pool chemical drum so some further thought required here but it was free and everything else was fine.”

“Needed a testing kit for the pool as had run out of tablets, paid for next day and all came as booked. Did take a bit of time to find what I wanted online, but happy with product.”

“A good kit to get started with Our above ground pool. A good set of chemicals and instructions to follow. I was expecting to receive the kit on the Monday, when they Didn’t come i emailed the company and they quickly emailed back after checking with the delivery company and they arrived at the allotted time on the Tuesday.”

“I do not find your web site as convenient and easy to use as the previous one. I think the service and delivery is very good indeed. I am irritated by the provision of a discount code when I, a customer of many years standing, has never ever been offered a discount and this has led me to seek another supplier, so far no one can match your excellent delivery service.”

“Service was less than I expected. There were warning about C-19 related delays, but my delivery was not untll midday Monday when I had hoped (and needed ) delivery on Friday.”
