“Great experience with Total Merchandise, we had quite a lot of redrafts for our design and they were really professional and patient with us. Great end produce and more importantly a great price too - highly recommended”

“Recently used TM to fulfill a desk pad order, I was very pleased with the results. Staff were responsive and helpful, desk pads are not as popular as they once were and many trade printers were just not interested....would use TM again!”

“End to End service from Joanna was very good and not a bad word to say, the process was relatively stress free. My only negative is the template system for the designs is very very poor. You should be able to upload/send files other than EPS files (i.e. JPEG, PNG, PDF). There should also be a proper templates file that you can download and follow before you make the purchases. I understand on some products there are templates to follow but these aren't user friendly or straight forward.”

“I was given information re costs but was not informed of postage until invoice was set They would not send to an alternative address as I was a first time buyer. They did deliver to the alternative address and the goods were received within the timescale”

“At present I have only received half of our order as half were rejected at point of delivery by my director as they were soaking wet. I am still waiting for confirmation of when the outstanding amount of the order will be delivered.”

Thanks for your review Jayne, though naturally, we are saddened to hear of your woes. We understand though that the order was delivered wet because of the fault of the courier, and through no fault of our suppliers or ourselves, though of course we are fully sympathetic, regardless. We have also notified you this morning, by email, that the 2nd part of your delivery is expected today. We will be investigating what happened with the courier, but we thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we otherwise wouldn't have known.

“I'm really impressed with Total Merchandise's service. I tried a number of other companies to print my mugs, and TM was competitively priced, and produced a much better product. And the communication was great throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!”
