“The items purchased are as shown on the website and we like them. It did take a number of contacts to resolve my questions and the items that arrived were not exactly in the colour combinations requested, although that did not affect their suitability in the end.”

“Very happy with the service from start to finish. Delivery was actually sooner than I expected. Website easy to follow for ordering and staff helpful with enquiry when I needed to call through. Quality of products is exactly as I expected and happy to be handing out as promo items at shows. Would use again.”

“I wanted to order express items but the member of staff I talked to on the phone apparently hadn't heard of them. Replies to my e-mail queries appeared to be standard replies and didn't answer specific questions I had. It would also be helpful for replies to e-mails to include the sent email/e-mail chain to enable both parties to more easily follow the conversation. After specifically asking about payment in respect to the tight deadline, a few hours later I was told that I only had 30mins to get payment sorted else my order would not go through in time. Poor customer service I'm afraid.”

“Great quality merchandise. Communication with sales adviser was a bit poor. Confirmed order several times but it wasn't until payment had been made that an issue occurred. I made it clear on several occasions that we needed two logos on all of our items but once we made payment, I was informed that the quotes price for one of the items was only for one logo despite the proof showing two.”

“Really pleased with the attentive service from TM. We were looking for a printed tote bag to promote an event in our office. The person I was in contact with was extremely helpful and ensured our design was in the correct format. They also contacted us frequently to let us know the status of our order and to check everything was okay with the products. Will definitely reccomend TM to others and use them again in the future!”
