“Our experience with Total Merchandise was very pleasant! I contacted Elizabeth two weeks before our event and she provided me with quotes, templates and all relative documents we needed very quickly and with her expertise we managed to get all merchandising material well in time. Her clear communication and advice has helped us to work efficiently and quickly and received exactly what we expected! Thank you again!”

“We have been very impressed with the quality of the products and delivery times were as said - 12 of our mugs arrived broken there was no problem in sorting out the replacements and they still arrived in time - Poppy was extremely helpful . Very good customer service”

“Very happy with the service and colour/quality of the print. Only slight issue, some of the pencils were a bit lumpy, not all the same. I would however, still use them again.”

Thanks for this Karoline and we're sorry to read about the inconsistant quality issue with this order. If you get the chance, please could you photograph a good, and bad pencil and send the pics to your TM account manager and reference that you were asked to do so on Reviews, and we'll look into this for you!

“Contacted Total Merchandise as a new customer with an urgent order only giving them a short timeframe to work within to meet our requirements for a school event (which they did thank you!) Was provided with a competitive quote very promptly and dealt with the same person throughout the order. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely use them in the future.”

“Really good communication between myself and staff, my order was discussed thoroughly before being placed. As I was un sure of what I wanted. When the banner arrived I was overwhelmed as it exceeded all my expectations. Good quality product, will definately be using total merchandise again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Despite Robyn's best efforts to be helpful with this, there were a lot of issues with print quality that were not explained to us before hand, and should have been anticipated by yourselves. Ended up paying more than the initial quote for one item in order to get the print to an acceptable standard and ended up cancelling the other item as they were not actually able to produce what we had been quoted. A lot of time was unfortunately wasted.”
