“Really positive experience with Total Merchandise. I had not used the website before, but was easy to select product and upload our logo to their site. I received proofs back within 24-48 hours and requested a small change on the one product, again easy to do and received further proofs that same day. The order was easy to place and the delivery time was super quick. Would absolutely use Total Merchandise again!”

“The product comes in tubes of 25 and some of them were bashed and damaged in transit, however still usable. I have noticed that there are air bubbles forming under the print on the poker chips. Is this a common issue? I haven't approached anyone to return the item as hoping the issue is just isolated on a few.”

“Whilst using the services of Total Merchanside, my main contact was Elizabeth Burrows who was very helpful and attentive, there were a few issues and bumps with sign off on our side but she handled it very well and tended to our every need. If later down the line we require more branded material, I know where I will begin my search.”

“Samantha, our account manager was amazing. We had an extremely short timeframe we needed the order to be processed and paid for by. This was not a problem. Total Merchandise were extremely efficient, right from the quote through to delivery. We would definitely consider ordering from them again.”
