“This is the first time I have used TM. The experience has been brilliant. It was so nice to be able to deal with one person (Izzy) who was extremely efficient and very quick to reply to any emails. Apart from the service, I was impressed with the products which arrived on time and as expected. Very happy, will use TM again in the future.”

“After shopping around I found Total Merchandise not only the best value for money and the most flexible (meeting our MOW requirements) but the end product came exactly as expected and very very fast! Now visiting customers can drink out of our very professional and branded etched glasses rather than the old one off glasses we had!”

“Great service. Badges where exactly what I ordered.. I had to chase my invoice but that wasn’t a negative as my order arrived when they said it would.. I could definitely recommend Total Merchandise.”
