“Helpful when ordering by phone. Delivered within the days stated. On the delivery day the phone call to give us a time scale was appreciated and the arrival at the beginning of the time scheduled useful for us. The staff were pleasant and businesslike. Thank you.”

“The actual piece of furniture is fantastic however I purposely bought from this retailer as it said that they would deliver the item to a specific room - as it was a large solid wood piece I needed this as I can not lift it upstairs to my daughters room alone - when it was delivered the gentleman asked where I wanted it and when I said upstairs he said that he couldn’t do that as he wasn’t insured, when I said that it said he could when I ordered he said “loads of people say that but we can’t “ I feel very misled and had the item sitting in my living room for nearly a week until I could get some people to help me lift it - I would never have ordered if that was the case as I knew I couldn’t manoeuvre it upstairs alone!”

“Started off great, bed, double wardrobe, drawers all perfect and lovely, however when it got to the triple wardrobe...it all went downhill for me. I spent over £2500 on bedroom furniture only to notice a couple of paint defects (clearly done whilst in manufacture) after I had assembled the wardrobe and unfortunately the defect was on the final piece of the build. a few emails later and basically the best they could offer me was 85 off and touch up paint for a defect the size of a 2p piece on the top piece of the wardrobe.I even offered to pay towards resolving the issue if that’s what it would take as I would like it to all be perfect which is now not going to happen without spending 850 on a new wardrobe. A lovely set ruined by this. Unsure to what the 12 month guarantee covers if this defect isn’t workmanship! I’d spend your hard earned money elsewhere!”

“Be warned the Returns Policy for this company state that by assembling your furniture this is deemed as acceptance and the products can therefore not be returned. If like me your defect is due to a fault in the wood that only shows up while or when you are assembling the item, do not expect Top Furnitures customer services department to be understanding or compassionate. Definitely the last time I will buy from this company and probably the last time I will buy mail order furniture from another company without having seen it first in a showroom. Please heed this warning and read the companies terms and conditions before you buy including the cost of returning items and that you must notify them within 48 hours if an order arrives damaged or faulty. Also remember furniture shown at its best in an online picture can look completely different in your home.”

“I purchased a full bedroom set King size bed Chest of drawers dressing table mirror 2 bedside cupboards 2 sets of triple wardrobes My total was £3600 I was expecting high quality products and great customer service, but alas the bed i received had nails coming out from the feet which created so much damage in my new flooring which was only done a month earlier. I have been quoted £250 just to remove the flooring and replace with new ones, i have to buy more flooring as well. I contacted the company and informed about the damages but not heard anything back from them. I also left a review for the bed i purchased just so others will be informed of the quality received but top furniture did not release my review which means all reviews that were less than 5 stars do not get accepted, this is misleading as customers only see the 5 star reviews and not the faults of the products. Very bad customer service i do not recommend them.”

“Ordered the Country Oak Large 4 drawer coffee table withe matching 12 drawer sideboard/chest. They have both arrived today and we just love them both, great quality, fast delivery, just over the moon with the design of the coffee table and the sideboard. Would recommend Top Furniture to everyone if they want style, real wood and at a wonderful price.”

“Great looking and chunky nest of tables, solid oak frame and oak veneered top. All the visual surfaces are finished to a high standard but the underside is not, alas the prospect of splinters is real. Good value.”

“Very helpful and efficent staff who know their products. The process from start to finish was easy. The 6 chairs we ordered came on time and exactly what we wanted. The chairs appeared well built and sturdy with comfortable passing . The leather covering them was well fitted and a great colour match to the website. Overall well done guys. Will use again and recommend without worry !!!!”
