“I had a problem with paint tins that were damaged in transit. It was easy to deal with the team to get a replacement tin. I did not need to return the damaged tin, it would have been difficult anyway due to the broken lid.”

I am sorry that the original delivery was damaged, obviously as soon as we put a parcel in the hands of a carrier we have no control of it in terms of accidental damage. The carriers we use are on the whole excellent, but accidents do happen. I am glad you were happy with the replacement and hope that this will not put you off from using us again. “Hi - I bought various items which came delivered. They phoned as one item was unavailable and offered a replacement which was great. And now I have lovely walls - also in the colours of paint I wanted, which I was finding hard to buy online but it was available here!! So all good!!”
