We are sorry to hear a tin got damaged in transit and will always provide a replacement if this happens. On the delivery I cannot see this was expedited which is an option we can offer so this is why it took 3 days from the order being placed to the goods being delivered (total time 74 hours placement to sign for receipt)

“order 10302/010614/26 I was generally impressed with the speedy delivery on my order, however, when my order arrived I only received 1 of 2 items that I had purchased. I called to let you know and you despatched my 2nd tin of paint the next day, but this time you send me the wrong paint. I called a second time and again you speedily sent out the correct item. I would have given full stars but I have given 4 - due to correcting the errors swiftly and politely.”

“Really, really pleased with this company's level of service. Firstly and most importantly their paint was the best value Cuprinol Garden Shades that I could find on the web. Secondly they rushed the order through for me. Paint ordered on the Wednesday afternoon was with me by the Friday morning in good time for a weekend of fence painting, and delivery was free! Highly impressive considering they had to mix the colour shade I had chosen, and great, friendly customer service to boot. I will definitely use them again. I might have to actually as I'm running out of the paint I purchased! I can't usually be bothered t leave reviews but tin this instance I thought I would make an exception. A+++++ Highly recommended!”
