“It arrived promptly. Its reasonably easy to assembled, although the instructions aren't great. It works really well but the battery life isn't that long.”

“Emailed about stock on an item but didn’t get a reply hence a star knocked off. But took the plunge and went for the item anyhow and they dispatched it asap so all good there.”

“It took ages for the item ordered to arrive. This was because of problems with the supplier. However, Tooled-Up kept me informed at frequent intervals. There was no hurry for the item so it was no problem waiting. The item was delivered on the day stated on the last message from Tooled-Up.”

“Great experience overall and customer service was very helpful when I had trouble. Very reasonable pricing too. There was a long delay dispatching - about 7 days. Would have been nice to have an update / explanation about that delay. Website had a few bugs. Was difficult to initially sign up and when the item dispatched it provided a broken tracking link.”

“The item is what we wanted and was dispatched promtly. However only 4 stars as DHL messed up the delivery. We waited in all day and they definitely did not ring the bell or use the phone number. They said there was no body there. We wasted a whole day and got op apology from them. The replanned delivery did arrive but we had wasted our time. DHL are dreadful. You cannot speak to a person to complain. We will seriously think about buying any goods being delivered by DHL.”

“I was very pleased with the service by Tooled-Up for my purchase of a long-pole Bosch hedge trimmer. It was a quick delivery, well-packaged and importantly, you kept me informed at each step of the way so I will be happy to use Tooled-Up again to buy products in the future. Only one small niggle - I think you could have put an advice note in with the package to say that if I wanted to apply for a free Bosch battery I should visit your website to access the online form. Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to give some feedback.”

“Bosch ADVANCEDRECIP P4A 18v Cordless Recipro Saw, as expected, works well. However, the additional £79 for 4aH battery valued at £65 was not appreciated. In addition, DHL were poor. Having failed to deliver on the scheduled Wednesday (for an erroneously claimed inability to access our building) the delivery did not happen until Friday. For an item ordered on the Sunday before that is pretty bad.”

“Bought a strimmer with 2 batteries and there was deal you received a free battery, on arrival I charged all the batteries to find one was not charging. I emailed to inform them and received an email the following day with an apology and another battery will be sent out asap. The service I have received at present is first class and I would have no problem ordering again, wish all companies were as efficient as Tooled-up”
