“The order took longer than expected, turned out to be Royal Mail’s fault. I contacted Tooled Up and they raised an issue with Royal Mail and the product arrived a day or two later.”

“Very quick delivery, but I was disappointed with the state of the packaging. The box had been opened previously and resealed (badly) with clear tape. It was then secured with plastic straps that had cut into the cardboard box. The box looked quite knocked about, so I had to open it immediately and assemble the workmate to check for damage. Everything was ok, but I then couldn't get it back in the box, which was a shame as I'd bought the item as a Christmas gift.”

“Shopping experience was good, and so too the delivery. Very concerned the batteries I ordered have serial numbers going back to 2021 and 2022... Not what I was expecting. Hoping the batteries perform well despite their lack of newness and charge.”

“The premises were difficult to find as the name is only visible on the side, painted, the paint was worn. Inside, it is a veritable treasre trove of products. I was collecting an online order. The man at the til was serving, and I felt my pick-up was of little imprtance. But Jay, when he apeared was very helpful, and spent tme with me, going through several other products to assist in my new gardening business. I would go back there even thogh it is several mies away, as I prefer deaiing with people, getting fed up with online.”

“I'm very pleased with the electric lawnmower I bought from Tooled-Up. The only difficulty was delivery. I paid extra for delivery on a specific date but it wasn't ready until the following day. No time estimate was provided and, as I knew I'd have to go out for part of the day, I arranged to pick up my lawnmower from DHL (which was 11 miles away).”
