“I will never use your company again ,it took about a month to receive my order, no correspondence at all, terrible way to run a company.”

“I can not review as I have not yet received my product. Failed delivery twice, once for 'unable to access' , I'm not sure why and another for 'adverse weather' . Rain, in the UK? Adverse? Time to emigrate I think.”

“Terrible. Items were supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days and it’s been over a week. Items were not even in stock and website didn’t tell me at point of order. Sales didn’t even contact to update.”

“I'm pretty sure the DHL driver who delivered the item came all the way into our very long drive because of the heavy rain and hit my car causing about a £1000 of damage and drove away. Subsequently I'm very unhappy overall a very bad experience”

“I wish I'd never placed an order with "tooled up". I chose them to save a few gbp on a Stanley work light, only to find out that they didn't have it in stock. They're now saying despatch will be 09 December 24......some 6 weeks after order. This came as a surprise and I now wish I'd paid the extra and bought from Amazon. The delivery date for the spare battery ordered with the work light has not even been mentioned, but also remains outstanding a week after order placement. A Bow saw (clearance sale item) I purchased as an opportunity did arrive quickly and all went smoothly, but this was secondary and the spare battery was not delivered with it. This review request is probably meant for the bow saw, but it is my experience with whole order that is being conveyed!”

“Misleading advert and so far I have no product or the requested refund. Payment was a pain. When you come to check out Amex is an option until you try and do it. Then it fails. Personally I'd avoid this company.”

“I ordered two wire wool cleaning brushes for my patio cleaner on 12th September. I phoned twice to see why my order was taking so long to arrive. The young lady that I spoke to told me that there was a nine day - yes nine day - turn around. My brushes arrived on 28th September. That is 11 working days (15 days including weekends). Far too long in this 'next day' world we live in.”

“Some goods excessively overpriced and they take ages sometimes to despatch them. I won't be using these anymore as there are much better deals on eBay, be sure to check all before ordering if you must from these folks and be prepared to wait.”

“Worst online shopping experience ever. I was due to receive an order from Tooled-up, it arrived but the package only contained one item, instead of three. I contacted them and was told all the items were sent and that was the end of the matter. I pushed with more emails and got nowhere. I felt like I was in the wrong. A big firm like these and they wouldn't resend the missing items which were only £9 in total. I reordered the missing items, they said they would refund the postage as a goodwill gesture, after a week no refund, I had to push for that and eventually got it. You can always tell a good company when you need something sorting and these weren't that. I felt let down, I paid for the items and I expected to receive them. I'm still not happy and will never buy from these guys again, they seem to have enough people working in customer service, but they don't help in the way that's needed. Think about this, there are lots of online tool sellers. And for a mere £9 they could of put this right and got a happy, returning customer and had a good review from me.”

“Scammers Free Battery offer as in the description is a lie. Even after putting the item in the basket the offer remained on screen. Told by "sales" the offer was only only on certain items, despite it being on the screen whilst shopping.”
