“**⭐ Poor Delivery Experience – Misleading Next-Day Promise!** I placed an order for **drip-feeding Gardena products** after **confirming with customer service** that the items were in stock and could be delivered the **next business day**. To ensure fast delivery, I even paid an extra **£8 for expedited shipping**. Despite these assurances, my order arrived **a full week later**—completely defeating the purpose. I needed these products **before leaving for my summer home**, and now I’m stuck here without them. **What’s unacceptable:** - **False next-day delivery assurance** despite taking extra payment. - **No proactive communication** about delays. - **Wasted time and money** due to poor logistics. If you advertise fast shipping, you should **honor it or at least inform customers of delays**. Right now, I’m left frustrated and disappointed.”

“Ordered a nice Rip saw blade for my circular saw and all was good until the package didn't get here on the day/s it was marked as coming..... I laft it a full day and then made an inquierery and I was told the seller was sorry my order had not got here and that another saw blade/package was being sorted and dispatched... This came through as a 'new item' with tracking through the Post Office, so I just thought it was all good again and 'back on track'..... This morning....another full day later, and just being a bit curious,.... I decided to click on the package tracking that had come through and had not 'moved' ?? !!... it was being dispatched ?? I then decided to have a look on the Post Office tracking number that was listed but that just said the tracking number was unknown ??.... At about noon,.... the package was delivered by a Post Office van with no extra message or 'paperwork' ?... I am obviously very happy the saw blade eventually got here but there seems to have been a bit of a 'mix up' somewhere along the line. No real problem ;-)”

The following day I was sent an invoice note and receipt and an email advising me to expect delivery the next working day, which I duly did. My item was as described, in perfect order and of the highest quality. Many thanks to Tooled-Up for a first class service and I look forward to trading with them again.”
