“Always had excellent service from Tooled up. Recently purchased some screwdriver bits and one broke immediately. Contacted customer service and I was answered very quickly and the matter was dealt with satisfactorily. Was refreshing to speak with someone who could understand and speak English well. So thanks.”

“Very badly described on ebay listing. The listing said 4 x wood drill bit. I only recieved 1. When I questioned this I was told 4 x is the speed of the bit. Not the the number of bits. I believe this is a con. Also. Tooled up keep calling me by my Mums name - they have clearly mixed up a previous order. Very poor. I won't be using the company again. The listing should make it clear 4x refers to the speed and not leave it to small print.”

“When Tooled-Up have a real Makita bargain for sale, it is always the cheapest on the Internet supplier, by a mile. This purchase was for the top of the range Makite 487 drill, priced with delivery at under £65, when compared with other Makita dealers asking over £100 + delivery. Every order that I have placed with Tooled-Up has arrived the next day before 12:00. So, Best prices, Best delivery = 1st choice everytime.”

“I bought a lawnmower and after its first use some part fell off i then called customer servies to report it and was told bring it back to store and we will issue refund .the next morning I went back to store mention what happened and store salesman called his manger to come and have a look he came he asked what's wrong then he aggressively pull the lawnmower out of the box then did not know how it works then kept moving it about left and right then start saying the lawnmower has not been used in grass it all scuffed and that he can not give refund then took machine outside turned it on all work fine then again aggressively flip it upside down then left right causing more scuff to unit I then asked why are u doing that to the unit he replied I have not done anything and just brushed me off like I'm no-one i find the customer support very unprofessional and will not purchase frome there again and manger very rude”

“Good selection of tools and other equipment which is competitively priced. Delivery is unbearable. Ordered two pairs of gardening shoes in the afternoon and they were delivered the next morning……. Brilliant! Unfortunately one of the shoes was damaged but upon reporting this arrangements were made to collect the faulty item. The fault was a manufacturing issue and therefore not an issue created by Tooled-Up.”
