“Very neutral, product partially shipped which was fine, however never told me at point of order or dispatch not actually in stock. As per all these companies would rather send you out an email form than pick up phone and get true feedback......its difficult to speak to them phone number off website didn't work. My school report would be dont forget basics of customer service engage with your base with a gob not a robot”

“Lack of clarity on shipping part orders, portal is ambitious. I think clearing stating when shipping its partial, my opinion get partial in email title. I was disappointed that you can order something that's not actually in stock. Yes happy with what I recieved but difficult company to contact, phone number they gave on homepage was not connecting.”
