“very good prompt service and kept well informed of delivery time. However, the 8mm parallel screwdriver was not exactly parallel, it increased from 8mm at the tip to 9mm at the widest. I have dealt with this on my no heat diamond grinder disc, so it is no longer a problem.”

“For goodness sake STOP plaguing people with requests to tell you how well you’ve done. Do you have any idea how many of these time consuming and seriously tedious messages customers receive on an almost daily basis. I think at least 20% of my messages are of this sort.”

“No complaints about website, order, process, choice, goods, price, speed of delivery. ... It would otherwise be a five star rating. ... but you sent me about 6/7/8 eMails - "confirmed ... "Thank You ... "we're really happy ... "dispatch ... "out for lunch ... "the weather ... "lunch is ready ... "sleep well ... I JEST; but they are way over the top - way more than necessary. Do you really think you have to work that hard to keep people happy? It was one small order for a few non-urgent items. Or do you think that I am THAT impatient? Received - Despatched - Thank You .. that's quite enough. Happy.”

“Ordered Dewalt battery charger on the Monday delivered on Tuesday, can't ask for better than that but, it was advertised as boxed and unopened which it wasn't, just in a brown cardboard package. It works ok, looks new but a bit worrying when not sold as advertised. Hence only four stars.”

“What a fantastic experience. Very impressed at the quality of service. Its my first time using this company and it proved to be a delight as I had a terrible time ordering with amazon as the date kept changing. So I cancelled with amazon and used tooled up which delivered my item and I recieved it the next day. Excellent communication down to the last hour of delivery. Definitely will get using again.”
