“Shocking customer service. Tried to call the contact number atleast 15 times over the course of a few days and only answered once. My order took almost a full month to come leaving me without what I needed for my job. Would not use again”

“I bought a product which was not in stock the web site was very clear in stating this ans gave a date when it would be expected. So to my surprise I had update emails and the product arrived 3 weeks early. It was way cheaper than anywhere else. So very pleased 😀 Thanks great company”

“Usual good quality tools and service excellent. Only concern, be aware if item says "available" this does not mean for immediate delivery. Probably item on call iff agreement with maker so not so quick to customer. Did email concern on resulting sliw delivery”

“Excellent quality, value and service. I did a price comparison and Tooled-Up were the cheapest for the Hozelock Hose Cart. I also received communication for the delivery and it was delivered the next day in the hour slot that the courier gave me. I highly recommend this company. David McDermott.
