“Good prices, along with fast response and quick delivery. Basically a two day turn around - my order was picked and despatched the day after it was placed; delivered the day after that. Email notifications provided at each step of the process. Very efficient. Happy with my experience.”

“I ordered a new lawnmower blade on Saturday morning and it was delievered on Sunday by Royal Mail the day after. I couldn't believe it. Exceptional service which can't be beaten. I certainly will use Tooled-Up again”

“When I order something online and the description states in stock. I presume that to be the case and my goods to be dispatched promptly. I dont expect customer services to tell me that it is in stock with the manufacturer and my order will be a week to deliver. Very poor and misleading”

“Mitre saw delivered and I was very pleased with the quality. The battery wouldn't charge but the sellers response was fast and another battery sent out very quickly. Very pleased with the transaction. All is working well now.”
