“Returned an EinHill hedgecutter as very noisy, returned in original packing as delivered, l have waited 2 weeks for refund on chasing them they say box has been damaged and they cannot resell they will return it at my expense ha ha. Under the distance buying regulations this is not correct why No communication to inform me. Complete lack of customer service once they have your money, beware of purchasing from them on line. Chris”

“Good delivery and I have trust that all is as it should be with the product, as yet unused, aftrer previous experience. Pity that DHL , the courier, does not give option of specifying a safe place as mine was not on their list so I had to drive 20 mins to nearest DHL pick up point with no discount for saving their last part of delivery!”
