“The box with the Gardena sprinkler had obviously been opened before despatch, the plastic cap on the closed end was jammed on in crooked fashion so as to nearly destroy the threads on the plastic nut it screws onto so that the device leaked when first used. With difficulty I prised it off and managed to screw it on correctly, however I wouldn't buy anything else from your company..”

“Great prices and service Really good price on tools I was looking for - some extra gardening gloves and safety glasses were also thrown in which was an added bonus. I ordered 3 items, 1 of which was available but not immediately in stock. So phoned up and lady was more than happy to get the first 2 sent out first. Very prompt dispatch and delivery time. Similarly, as soon as 3rd item was in stock this was sent out immediately. Very happy with my purchases and would not hesitate to use again!”

“What excellent service from Tooled-up. I put the order in for a new lawnmower late on Thursday and by Monday I was cutting my grass. Decent price, good comms and speedy delivery. What's not to like?”

“I had to contact customer services as I received a duff battery. Emma was superb, she got one sent that day. I had a bit of a palaver trying to find where it had been delivered to, but Emma was again on hand and sent me the photo of the delivery being made. I cannot fault Tooled-Up and will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for such excellent customer service.”

“Prices are usually the best in the market. I love that we can customise whether to have batteries or a case included with every tool we buy. Only the dispatch time is a bit longer than I expected. And there is no usable tracking system at all, possibly because they use Royal Mail to deliver my order. But ended up all good.”

“Not good. Bosch 36V 4AH Battery and Charged arrived Dead on Arrival. Returns process was hard work. This was inconvenient and wastful of my work time. The product clearly was deffective. I had to place a second order for a replacement product, thus paying twice. Communication was not the best. I am presently waiting for an acknowledgement of their return and for a refund. I hope this does not turn into a credit card dispute. This is inconvenient, disruptive and wasteful of everyone's time and energy.”
