Ordered and acknowledged on the 15th March but the same day I received messages requesting a review and satisfaction survey.
Considering the item only arrived today the 22nd, you are very premature with these requests.
When I queried non-receipt days ago I was informed to allow 14 days for delivery. Two weeks for a Mail-Order is unduly lengthy in these days, when more people are ordering online due to the Covid restrictions.
