“I purchased a makita blade for my circular saw, purposely chose Tooledup as they're in the UK, and cheaper than Amazon. From purchase to delivery took 11 days. Tooled-Up states at checkout that it can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. On the 8th day, I contacted them to find out what the delay was. Only then did tracking come online; it showed the blade was in Philadelphia, being packed. Tooled-Up were drop-shipping for Makita in the USA for this purchase. Had I known in advance, I'd not have purchased from them. The order was only moved to the picking stage on the day I complained, meaning actual dispatch fell on Working Day 7. They refused to refund the £5.95 shipping fee for late delivery.”

“I've already left feedback for you on ebay but I am very pleased with your service you kept me informed of my orders progress and the pole I ordered came very quickly only 2 days !! The only downside the delivery driver left the pole leaning against my door so when I opened it fell inwards just missing my head!!!! He didn't knock on the door or wait”

“I ordered a Gardena solar watering system on 21 July 2026 with an expected delivery of early August. Clearly there were supply issues - other suppliers also experienced problems - so a delay, first to mid August and then to 23 August couple with a delay in delivery by Royal Mail means it is difficult to give a 5 star rating. However, I was kept up-to-date with the position throughout and alternatives were offered and that, in itself, merits the 4 star rating.”

“Overall pleased with the service and item ..: I did sadly have 3 emails stating that there was going to be a delay in delivery so a week slot ended up at nearly 4 weeks .. it arrived in order and item is great ..I understand that not everything is always in stock but a note stating that it is being ordered from the manufacturer would have been helpful … will use site again in any case”
