Failed to deliver some items. Failed to return a call after promising to do so. Failed to reply to emails. Your loss is future revenue is far in excess of anything you saved by failing to follow through!

Mr Couper, further to our earlier reply we have investigated the order that you given a negative review for. The order was placed in January this year and you did report a missing item. We asked you to re-check the packing as it was a small item and had been electronically "bleeped" into the parcel. We heard nothing else from you? We think that you have possibly reviewed/contacted the wrong Company as we have had no further contact from you since the 5th of February. We are sorry you feel that you cannot use us again. I order a Karcher garden water pump and accessories kit about a week ago. When it arrived I noticed a couple of things. 1. The box for the hose was wrecked - looked like it had been opened and resealed and then scraped about. Product inside looks OK. 2. When I opened the pump box, bits of yellow plastic fell out of the box and more could be heard rattling around inside the pump. When I called customer services to ask for a replacement I was asked to send a photo. This makes it sound like you don't believe there is a problem - not a good start. However, as promised the next day I had a returns authorisation and took the package to the local collection depot. A 5 mile round trip - frustrating and time consuming to do this when the idea of online ordering is to get the product to your door. So here I am a week later, standing water still outside my house and no pump, and no idea when the new pump will arrive.

The vacuum came with a part missing. When I contacted the team with a week to advise of this, they advised that because I didn't contact them within the first 3 days, they were unable to help. I think this is ridiculous considering I ordered this item on 13th Jan, it was delivered 2nd March!!!

Well at least I learnt my lesson not to buy from tooled up again on a small order. Product went straight in the bin rather than deal with their archaic returns system.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Could not commit to their 5 - 7 working days delivery, didn't notify customer because of this (customer had to phone them) moved the goalposts on delivery timing, when that deadline passed, customer had to chase up his order. This company has let me down in my scope of work by not being able to supply all the products I ordered. I will NEVER use this company again, and I will make sure my work colleagues etc, stay well clear too.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review, we have investigated what has happened with your order as we do with all negative reviews and customer complaints. It is very important to us that our service is the best it possibly can be and that we learn from any problems that arise. Firstly our apologies for the delay that you suffered. The items you ordered were listed as being on a 5-7 working day despatch time as we were out of stock and waiting for a delivery from Europe. This was delayed and normally when this happens an automated email is sent to any customer affected by the delay. It appears that you did not receive this email. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that when you called us a member of the Sales Team gave you wrong information regarding the actual delivery date. As a result of this you were let down again. This is completely unacceptable and the member of staff concerned has been disciplined about this error as it is absolutely against company policy and training to misinform customers in this fashion. We can assure you this will not happen again. We are sorry that your experience was way below the level you have a right to expect and certainly way below what we aspire to deliver. As you can see from our many positive reviews this is not our usual standard of operations. We offer our fullest apologies once again. We hope that you will give us a chance once again to prove that we can perform at the highest level of service and in 99.999999% of cases we do do that. Poor customer service. Postage was advertised as 24hr courier but was sent 1st class Royal Mail which is a totally different thing will never deal with them again.

Hi, thank you for your review, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the service you received. We have looked into your order which was placed via ebay. Unfortunately the ebay system promised a delivery method which is not available to your location, the Scottish Highlands. Next day carriers are not available to your address but we are not currently able to change this option on the ebay page. We are sorry that you will not use us again however it may be worth you noting that 24 hour carriers do not operate in your location whenever you place an order on any website and that the normal Post is sometimes the faster delivery method. I returned my 9" grinder that had stopped working,I had not noticed the power lead had a cut in it and I was charged £19,95 for its return.It would have been a nice gesture if I was offered the option of having the lead shortened for a nominal sum rather than the tool just returned as it was.

you have "TOTALY RIPPED ME OFF" but you are not going to get away with it,I am going all the way with this "SCAM OF YOURS" I promise you are going too be very very sorry for doing what you have done to me.apart from using the media & BBC Watch Dog. paypal Ebay , small claims court, I also have a very good solicitor @ the ready in case I need him,he has already seen all the evidence ,the add that I purchased, from receipts etc. etc.

Having sent an indignant E mail regarding the saw blades I received, I assumed that some corrections would be made on the website. A few minutes ago I clicked on 150 mm dia blades /Trend and almost all the photographs bear no relation to the wording, I.E. numbers of teeth. That hardly squares with the comment sent by Tooled-up "we occasionally have problems etc.... "

It was a big mistake by putting my trust in this website. Misleading images and video are showing something to the customer and then once the purchase is done, the product is completely different with missing items. It was the first and the last time to buy from this website.

We have checked the Website page in question and it is all in order. We can see nothing misleading in the item listing whatsoever.The description is correct, the images are all correct. The Video in question is a general video showing the product in use with some of its accessories that is true and these are available in the full kit but they do not come with the less expensive item you have purchased and the web page of that item clearly states what is included.
