“Delighted with the ordering and delivery of Tooled-Up but unfortunately the Hoselock oscillator I bought didn’t function correctly. They responded quickly to my email informing me they would refer it to Hoselock but have yet to hear how the problem can be resolved.”

“Overall a very good company fast delivery of my tool and customer service.a misunderstanding on box contents was the only problem ,with no battery included on the manufacturer carton .I had ordered fully loaded machine ( battery and charger ) I did not know items were put in box was sealed and band wrapped I thought it was a wrong item sent and would have to be returned ,anyway with an email i was informed the contents are added if required ,maybe an additional label or even an email to let customers know the situation would be nice . I will be using tool- up again now I know to open box the last item I bought was fine .🤔”
